Profile

Tap your avatar in the top navigation bar from anywhere in the app. Your profile is split into two cards: Identity & Account on the left and Preferences on the right.

Tap your avatar to upload a new profile photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, max 5 MB). Your photo is cropped to a square and shown in the sidebar, top bar, and the family member list. Tap Remove to go back to your initials.

To update your display name, edit the name field and tap Save name.

Enter your new email address and current password, then tap Send confirmation email. A confirmation link is sent to the new address — the change takes effect only after you click that link. Your old address keeps working until then.

Tap Change password, enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new one. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.

Your personal CalDAV URL and credentials are in the Calendar sync (CalDAV) section. Use these to connect Apple Calendar, Thunderbird, or any other CalDAV client. See the Calendar doc for setup instructions.

Set your own timezone independently of the family default. Events are displayed in your chosen timezone with no page reload needed.

Choose between 12-hour (1:30 PM) and 24-hour (13:30) time display. The preference applies instantly across the whole app.

Enable or disable push notifications for this device and toggle individual notification types (calendar events, bills, list activity). See the Notifications doc for full details.

Choose a colour theme from the built-in options: Default, Violet, Slate, Obsidian, Neon, or a fully custom theme configured by your family admin.

Set your display mode to Light, Dark, or System (follows your device setting). This preference is per-member and overrides the device default when set explicitly.
